Structure
In the Support Center, documentation is provided in the form of focused articles to allow readers to easily find the content they are looking for. Articles are organized in categories (such as Getting Started, Settings, Design, etc.).
Each category is organized in sections.
Search method
Contents can be alternatively searched for by:
-
(Preferred option) Consulting 3CAD Bot, the native AI-powered assistant designed to speed up your documentation search.
-
Searching for specific topics on the search bar. Our Support Center supports an instant search and a full Help Center search. Instant search matches partial words in article titles as you type. Full search is broader and looks at titles, body text, and labels, thanks to a generative search and semantic search system that understands natural language queries. Full search is activated by pressing Enter on the keyboard after typing.
Note: Short queries that include special characters may not be matched consistently in full search; therefore, it is suggested to use longer search terms.
Example:
Recommended search term: #IF command
Not recommended search term: #IF
Whenever possible AI-driven Quick Answers are displayed at the top of the page, providing a concise summary to the topic along with the option to ask follow-up question.
- Browsing them among categories and sections.
