The 3CAD Next Statistics Dashboard provides administrators with a centralized view of project activity and system usage. It is designed to support project management and operational monitoring by offering aggregated and filtered insights into how the configurator is used across users and shops.
The dashboard is available only to users with administrative permissions having access to the Supervisor, and focuses on high-level metrics rather than real-time system performance.
Key features
The Statistics Dashboard allows administrators to:
monitor project creation and activity over time
analyze usage by user or by shop
track the number of orders and quotes generated
view overall user and shop adoption
understand project distribution by status
Data can be filtered and aggregated to support different management perspectives.
Tool description
The Statistics Dashboard is a visual reporting tool integrated into 3CAD Next. It presents usage data through charts and counters that can be adjusted using built-in filters.
The dashboard supports:
multiple time ranges
different aggregation levels
user- and shop-based analysis
It is intended for monitoring trends and usage patterns rather than for transactional or real-time analysis.
Access and permissions
The Statistics Dashboard is visible only to administrator users with Supervisor access. The STATS module needs to be active.
No additional configuration is required to access the dashboard once permissions are granted.
How it works
The dashboard collects and displays business KPIs and usage data generated by configurator activity and collected in the design and project master data. It is located in the Supervisor and requires administrator's rights.

Administrators can:
Login to the Supervisor and click on Statistics in the topbar to open the Statistics Dashboard.
In the dashboard, select a time range to define the analysis period.
Apply filters to focus on specific users or shops.
Review charts and indicators that update based on the selected criteria.
The displayed data adapts dynamically to the selected filters, allowing administrators to switch quickly between global and detailed views.
