The Users section holds the list of all the users enabled to 3CAD Next, and their details. The users in the list have access only to the specific 3CAD Next environment (DEV, TEST, or PROD) that the Supervisor you are in refers to. If the same user needs to access other 3CAD Next environments, they need to be created and managed in the related Supervisor (using the same ID and email).

Each user is identified by a combination of two core elements:
- ID
Note: Each ID corresponds to one 3CAD Next license and is therefore unique to a single user. Once associated with a user's email, it cannot be deleted or reassigned to other users. When a user is not active anymore, they can be disabled (but never deleted!).
When clicking on Users in the Supervisor's dashboard, the User list opens. Here, all users enabled to the 3CAD Next environment (dev, test, or prod) are listed.
The list provides key information on the user, such as:
- User's ID (license)
- User's email
- User group
- User preferred language
- First name
- Last name
- Seller level
- Status
On top of the list, the total number of currently active users is displayed.
