3CAD Next lets you add one or more skylights to any flat or sloped ceiling and customize their size, position, frame profile, opening type, and materials. Skylights are managed from the ceiling’s Variants panel and can be added multiple times within the same ceiling.
If you need to create the ceiling first, see Add a flat ceiling to a room or Add a sloped ceiling to a room.
Important!
- Skylights are configured on the selected ceiling through the Variants panel. Manage them primarily in the 3D view, as beams aren't visible in 2D.
